Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Neztrack account and the personal data associated with it at any time — you do not need to be signed in to make the request. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

How to request deletion

Send us an email and we’ll process your request. Including the details below helps us verify your identity and act quickly.

  1. Email our support team

    Write to support@nezunatechnologies.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Account deletion request.

  2. Tell us who you are

    Include your full name, the email or phone number on your account, and — if you know it — the name of the security company (Organization) you work for or are a client of.

  3. We verify & confirm

    We’ll verify the request to protect your account, then reply to confirm. If your account belongs to an Organization, we may need to coordinate with them before removing shared operational records.

· What gets deleted

Once your request is verified, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data tied to your account. A 30-day grace period applies first, so an account deleted in error can be recovered.

Removed

  • Account profile (name, email, phone)
  • Login credentials
  • Personal location history not tied to a legal record
  • Photos and audio you submitted, where not part of a retained incident record

May be retained

  • Records we must keep by law (e.g. payroll, audit, incident logs) for up to 3 years
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you
  • Data your Organization is legally required to retain

· How long it takes

  • Acknowledgement — we aim to reply within a few business days.
  • 30-day grace period — your account is deactivated and recoverable during this window.
  • Deletion — after the grace period, personal data is removed or anonymized, except records we are legally required to keep (retained for up to 3 years, then deleted).
